Covid Cancellation Policy

One of the questions we get asked the most at the moment is; ‘What happens if my travel plans are effected by COVID lockdowns?’.

The answer is simple. Our standard refund policy is extremely flexible and under normal conditions cancellations can occur within 72 hours anyway.

COVID has proven it knows how to throw a spanner in the works though so if WA is locked down or travel restrictions are put in place within that 72 hour period we can offer a full credit for use at another time. Customer satisfaction and peace of mind starts well before the tour and we will work with you all the way to ensure your experience is memorable from start to finish.

COVID-19 Booking Terms & Conditions

In accordance with our duty to provide and maintain a workplace that is free of known hazards, we are adopting this policy to safeguard the health of our customers, our employees, and the community at large from infectious diseases, such as COVID-19.

It is now company policy that all customers, employees and visitors are required to be or have received COVID vaccinations prior to the date of their booked tour, unless an approved exemption can be provided to us.

Where a person is not in compliance with this policy, the person will not be granted entry to join their tour. In such circumstances, our refund and/or credit policy may apply. Please familiarise yourself with our Cancellation Policy.

The passenger shall comply with all Government (State and Federal) COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry into Western Australia and / or access to the Ningaloo Region.

Should the guest cancel within our Cancellation T&C’s due to last minute COVID-19 travel restrictions (other than vaccination or testing requirements), due to testing positive to COVID-19 or due to being required to undertake COVID-19 isolation, a tour credit will be made available.
