COVID-19 Booking Terms & Conditions
In accordance with our duty to provide and maintain a workplace that is free of known hazards, we are adopting this policy to safeguard the health of our customers, our employees, and the community at large from infectious diseases, such as COVID-19.
It is now company policy that all customers, employees and visitors are required to be or have received COVID vaccinations prior to the date of their booked tour, unless an approved exemption can be provided to us.
Where a person is not in compliance with this policy, the person will not be granted entry to join their tour. In such circumstances, our refund and/or credit policy may apply. Please familiarise yourself with our Cancellation Policy.
The passenger shall comply with all Government (State and Federal) COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry into Western Australia and / or access to the Ningaloo Region.
Should the guest cancel within our Cancellation T&C’s due to last minute COVID-19 travel restrictions (other than vaccination or testing requirements), due to testing positive to COVID-19 or due to being required to undertake COVID-19 isolation, a tour credit will be made available. Reasonable proof of your claim such as a medical certificate will be required.
For any other Cancellations, our standard Cancellation Policy applies.
COVID-19 Boarding & Tour Policy
The situation at hand is ever changing and Three Islands is doing its best to ensure the health and safety of its guests and staff continues as our highest priority. Therefore, the following policies have been implemented and are subject to change as deemed necessary.
All passengers & crew are required to be vaccinated (first & second dose minimum, third dose when available to you).
Proof of vaccination will be required to board the transport coach and or vessel.
Face masks must be worn by passengers & crew while on the transport coach. Face masks must also be worn during self-served meal times. Please feel free to BYO face mask, alternatively one will be provided for you.
Hand sanitizing is compulsory prior to self-served meal times.
Boarding will be refused to any guest displaying flu like symptoms or unable to show proof of vaccination.
